My story

I'm the founder and owner of BOTConsultancy — the face behind the brand. This business was built from a genuine love of making beautiful hot drinks and spending real, quality time with customers.

BOT stands for Barista On Tour. I chose the name because I'm happy to barista anywhere — from coffee shops and restaurants to festivals, retreats, and events across the country.

I've spent 15 years in the coffee trade and I love every second of it. Before founding BOTConsultancy, I worked as a manager and area manager for other companies — experience that taught me how to run tight operations, lead teams, and keep customers coming back.

Alongside that, I built a superfood store from scratch, taking it from concept to a working, customer-focused business. I've also run pop-up coffee shops for ice rinks around the country, bringing great coffee to busy, temporary spaces and making the most of every service.

Whether I'm teaching barista skills, helping a client build their restaurant, bar or coffee shop, running high-quality hospitality workshops, or creating a bespoke drinks menu with pricing that sets them apart from every other coffee shop in the area — I bring the same energy and care.

I pride myself on working hard and becoming part of every team I work with. Leadership and hospitality are at the heart of everything I do. I stay happy, calm, and take the time to get to know every regular as if I were part of the brand myself.
